There are a number of different pain management programs across Canada, including self-directed programs as well as programs offered through medical services that require a referral from your doctor. Some services are available online or over the telephone and others are in-person. In this section, you will find information about multi-week pain management programs, health coaching programs where available, and other regional pain resources.
