Arthritis Connections is a program that connects people living with arthritis online, providing an opportunity to engage and learn from others going through similar experiences. In essence, it is a community of peers who share their experience and have open and honest discussions about their lives with arthritis.

Online Peer Support Sessions

These small peer support sessions are hosted online various times each month. The sessions revolve around connecting you with peers to share about arthritis experiences, provide an opportunity to learn from each other, reduce isolation, and build your arthritis community. Sessions are led by trained volunteers who know firsthand what it’s like to live with arthritis.

Please note sessions are not able to provide medical advice or guidance, and any changes to your health plan should be discussed with your healthcare team.

Sessions are hosted on Jane and are approximately 45minutes. Sign up for an account on Jane and view our upcoming sessions. Select the session(s) you wish to join, register, and when the event day/time arrives, simply click the link in your reminder email and join the session directly on your browser – all through the Jane booking website. Space in each session is limited to twelve participants, so reserve your spot today! If you are unable to attend, please ensure you cancel your registration to enable someone else to attend.

On occasion, we host special education sessions connecting you with an arthritis professional to learn about managing arthritis. Stay tuned for more information on our special Conversations with Arthritis Professionals sessions.
