There are a number of different pain management programs across Canada, including self-directed programs as well as programs offered through medical services that require a referral from your doctor. Some services are available online or over the telephone and others are in-person. In this section, you will find information about multi-week pain management programs, health coaching programs where available, and other regional pain resources. Select your region to learn more about programs and supports offered in your community. If there are any programs or resources you feel are missing, please let us know at info@arthritis.ca.
