Overcoming Fatigue

Most people are aware that pain and stiffness are symptoms of arthritis. But many people — even people who experience it — might not realize that low energy and extreme fatigue can also be part of living with the disease. Feeling tired can make it difficult to concentrate. It can also make pain harder to deal with and can sometimes leave you feeling helpless. For people with arthritis, learning to manage fatigue can improve their quality of life and enable them to do more of the things they want to do.
