Cynthia Roberts, Registered Physiotherapist
Cynthia Roberts is a Registered Physiotherapist with Arthritis Society Canada and has been a part of the Arthritis Rehabilitation and Education Program for more than 5 years. She has over 24 years of experience in a wide variety of settings including private clinics, Canada’s National Ballet School, and home care. In her current role, Cynthia works one on one with clients to help them achieve their arthritis-related self-management goals and facilitates numerous online group education classes. In addition, Cynthia helps coordinate Clinical Practice Skills for Inflammatory Arthritis, a professional development course for health care professionals and facilitates labs on arthritis assessment and management for the physiotherapy and occupational therapy students at McMaster University.
Kristin Dillon, Occupational Therapist
Kristin Dillon is an Occupational Therapist (OT) who practices as a Primary Therapist and Clinical Practice Leader for the Arthritis Rehabilitation and Education Program (AREP) in the Waterloo region of Ontario. She has over 30 years of experience as an OT and 9 years with Arthritis Society Canada. Prior to joining Arthritis Society Canada, Kristin worked for many years in the homecare sector and practiced as a Registered Massage Therapist specializing in lymphedema treatment. Kristin has a special interest in conducting arthritis education groups and presentations. When not working she enjoys anything outdoors especially canoeing and swimming.
