We often don’t think of arthritis as something impacting people at work. But the fact is most people with arthritis are of working age, and for many of them, arthritis does have an impact on how they are able to function in the workplace. And yet colleagues and employers often aren’t aware of the condition, or what to do to support someone living with it.
The good news is people with arthritis can still have productive and fulfilling careers. But it’s important to take appropriate steps to take care of your condition.
