People with arthritis invited to attend Canadian Arthritis Research Conference

Focused on patient-oriented research, precision medicine, and sexual and reproductive health in arthritis the third annual Canadian Arthritis Research Conference (CARC) takes place virtually Feb. 7 and 8, 2022.

Co-presented by the Arthritis Society, the Canadian Rheumatology Association and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research/IMHA, CARC gives people with arthritis the opportunity to engage with researchers and clinicians while they learn about the latest in arthritis research.

“The challenges of arthritis are varied and vast. CARC provides a platform to not only to hear from leaders in arthritis research, but also from other patients about their lived experience on a number of engaging topics,” says Dr. Sian Bevan, Chief Science Officer at the Arthritis Society. “It’s a great opportunity to learn, to network and to get a deeper understanding of the exciting progress and innovations that are on the horizon.”

For more information about the conference or to register, visit arthritis.ca/carc. The registration fee is $25.
