Upadacitinib

Upadacitinib is a DMARD used to treat inflammatory types of arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and ankylosing spondyloarthritis (AS), by inhibiting an enzyme called Janus kinase which would otherwise trigger numerous inflammatory reactions.
