Bimekizumab

Bimekizumab is used to treat inflammatory conditions such as ankylosing spondylitis (AS), non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis, psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and psoriasis. It works by binding to an inflammatory cytokine called IL-17A and IL-17F to reduce inflammation. Since it affects the immune system, it can also increase the risk of infections.

Adalimumab

Adalimumab is used to treat inflammatory types of arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), and ankylosing spondylitis (AS). It works by blocking TNF-α which triggers inflammation. It can help suppress an overactive immune system but can also increase your risk of infections. There are biosimilar versions of adalimumab, which are highly similar versions. . .
