Dr Manuel EsterDr. Manuel Ester is a physical activity specialist with expertise in chronic conditions, focusing on helping people create lasting physical activity habits. At the University of Calgary, he works with individuals with rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatologists, and others to improve physical activity support. He is dedicated to empowering people with chronic conditions through the transformative power of movement.
