Research has shown that the regular practice of mindfulness can have positive effects on overall well-being, anxiety, depression and pain.

Our brain is like a computer. It can get bogged down with too much sensory data.  Mindfulness can decrease the clutter of what pulls at our attention, creating more room to think more clearly.
