32nd East Coast Roast
Saturday, April 25, 2026
Halifax Convention Centre Ballroom
Join us for an unforgettable night of comedy and community!
The East Coast Roast is an iconic Atlantic Canadian tradition that brings together leaders, visionaries, and changemakers for a cause that touches nearly every home in our region: arthritis.
Arthritis affects people of all ages—stealing moments, independence, and mobility. Here in Nova Scotia, the reality is especially critical with 1 in 4 people—the highest prevalence of arthritis in Canada—live with this painful, chronic disease.
Since 1989, Arthritis Society Canada has celebrated local heroes who have created lasting positive change. This year, we’re proud to honour legendary broadcaster, author, community champion, and longtime supporter of the East Coast Roast, Steve Murphy.
Guests will enjoy a night of laughter, gourmet food, and an exciting auction and raffle as we celebrate someone who has spent his career lifting others up.
Funds raised support groundbreaking arthritis research and life-changing programs like Camp JoinTogether, which gives kids with arthritis a chance to experience camp without barriers—at no cost to families. This is comedy that care!
