Bal en feu returns to Montréal, building on the remarkable success of its inaugural year with renewed energy and ambition.
The Arthritis Society of Canada’s signature fundraising gala unites Canada’s most dynamic changemakers and industry leaders for an elegant evening of fine dining, engaging entertainment, and a shared commitment to creating a future free from the pain of arthritis.
Arthritis is a national health crisis affecting 6 million Canadians, including 1.35 million Quebecers. It impacts more people than diabetes, heart disease, cancer, stroke, and dementia— combined. It’s the leading cause of disability in Canada costing over $33 billion annually in healthcare expenses and lost productivity. And yet, arthritis remains one of the most misunderstood and underfunded diseases in Canada.
Arthritis demands bold action. Bal en feu rises to meet it—accelerating research breakthroughs and expanding programs that deliver real hope to people living with arthritis.
In 2024, thanks to the generosity of our donors and the dedication of our volunteers, Bal en feu was an unforgettable night of purpose and momentum. More than 200 community leaders, changemakers, and philanthropists came together to raise an extraordinary $225,000.
