Cheryl McClellan
Chief Operating Officer
Cheryl brings a depth of experience leading corporate operations, having worked with national private sector companies including Pharma (Astra Zeneca) and Multi-Health Systems as well as non-profit organizations such as the Royal Ontario Museum, Canadian Cancer Society, and MS Canada since completing her MBA over 25 years ago. Her career started in labour relations, bringing the Harvard interest-based bargaining model to negotiations with three unions. She has a pragmatic and forward-looking vision that values people’s insights and seeks progressive and sound business practices leveraging data.
Cheryl oversees the financials, technology and data strategy, and people/talent strategy, as well as facilities for offices across the country. She is passionate about developing strong and values-based leadership at all levels and fostering an environment where people thrive. Alongside her formal education, she has been certified in a range of talent assessment tools including the EQi, Talent Management, Drake Beam Morin’s I-Speak assessment, as well as being a certified yoga and meditation teacher.
