Thank you for making the East Coast Roast a night to remember!

Comedy for a good cause took centre stage as Arthritis Society Canada hosted its 31st East Coast Roast! The Roast of Lieutenant Governor Mike Savage was not just a celebration; it was a heartfelt tribute to a leader whose decades-long impact on the community is truly inspiring.
It was a spectacular night that brought together 825 changemakers and community leaders from across Halifax to raise an outstanding $537,000 in support of arthritis research and life-changing programs like Camp JoinTogether—a transformative experience for children living with arthritis!
Guests enjoyed personal stories and insights from those who know Mike best, alongside unforgettable stories of strengths and resilience from those living with arthritis.
Arthritis Society Canada extends its sincere thanks to the dedicated volunteers, sponsors, and event partners who helped make this year’s East Coast Roast a remarkable success. Your support is helping us change the narrative around this misunderstood and debilitating disease.
Planning is already underway for the next chapter of this much-loved tradition. We look forward to welcoming guests once again in 2026 for an evening of community, comedy, and meaningful impact.
