Three Michelin-star Chef Umberto Bombana

Chef Umberto Bombana, the renowned “King of White Truffles”, will spearhead a culinary exploration of the senses featuring an exquisitely crafted menu paired with rare international wines. Chef Bombana is celebrated for his mastery in Italian cuisine, which has earned him three Michelin stars and numerous awards at the acclaimed 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana, in Hong Kong.

Hailing from Italy's prestigious culinary city, Bergamo, Chef Bombana's approach is rooted in respect for honest cooking, great produce and meticulous attention to the dining experience. After training at Centro di Formazione Alberghiera, he completed an apprenticeship under Chef Ezio Santin at the Michelin-starred Antica Osteria del Ponte. His culinary journey has taken him from the vibrant kitchens of Los Angeles, under the mentorship of renowned restaurateur Mauro Vincenti, to the international stage of Hong Kong, where he established Toscana at the Ritz-Carlton.
