Living Well with Arthritis: One of The Arthritis Society’s newer programs, Living Well with Arthritis is designed to empower older adults living with arthritis on the Island and assist in understanding their illness. Individuals living with arthritis often feel isolated; this program will bring seniors in the community together, allow participants to understand the resources available to them in their area, and provide the necessart skils to self-manage their arthritis both mentally and physically. Fatal Fairytale Murder Mystery Gala Dinner in Support of The Arthritis Society: Join Holland College students in an evening of intrigue for an important cause. Tickets are $60 and welcomes guests who are 19+. Doors open at 5:30pm. Tickets available at 95 Capital Dr., Charlottetown, PEI.

Chronic Pain Management Workshop: This two-hour program will help you improve your understanding of chronic pain, introduce different coping methods, and encourage you to take an active role in managing your pain. The program’s intention is to help those with chronic pain, as well as to teach family members, partners and friends how to support people with chronic pain. It can make it difficult to concentrate or deal with pain and sometimes it can make you feel helpless.
