Meadowcreek will Walk to Fight Arthritis

July 1, 2017

For the past 7 years, Meadowcreek Retirement Residence has taken steps toward a future without arthritis raising a total of nearly $13,000 at their annual Walk to Fight Arthritis. On Saturday, July 8th Meadowcreek will join the 41 Canadian communities and over 8000 participants who have joined the 2017 Walk to Fight Arthritis to unite those who feel the emotional and physical pain of arthritis.

“We are thrilled Meadowcreek is joining us once again to support the 100,000 people living with arthritis in Newfoundland & Labrador,” explains Jennifer Henning, The Arthritis Society Education Coordinator, Newfoundland and Labrador Division. “In order to provide education, programs, and invest in research to fund a cure, The Arthritis Society relies on the vital funds raised at the Walk. We are so grateful to Meadowcreek for their continued support.”
