Abatacept

Abatacept is used to treat inflammatory types of arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

Acetaminophen

Duloxetine

Duloxetine is a second-line agent that may be used to treat osteoarthritis of the knee that has not responded to acetaminophen or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
