Learning in the Journey

Always active both personally and professionally, Lindsay Knazan started her own business of running a yoga studio at a very young age.  Her goal was to create a supportive community that inspired optimizing health, fitness and wellness to individuals and guide them with yoga, as she recognized through her work that people get involved with it for various reasons.  Lindsay frequently had clients who were recovering from surgery, or had limited mobility because of arthritis and other chronic conditions and diseases, and she saw first-hand their struggles.  It was impossible to predict that she would one day fall into that category.

15 Year Milestone!

What a pleasure to share this with you - this story comes from the heart and truly writes itself!  We have just celebrated Liesl Drayton's fifteen years with The Arthritis Society, BC & Yukon Division, and anyone who has been fortunate enough to work with her over the years or interact with her in any way, knows what an asset and advocate she is for people living with arthritis.
