It takes courage and effort to live with chronic pain – see how others have learned to live well with arthritis. Why Acacia Walks

Hello, my name is Acacia and I am a 9 year old girl living in Toronto, Ontario. I live with my mom, dad, younger brother and baby sister.  I love gymnastics and American Girl dolls.  I am in grade 4 and thriving. I enjoy playing in the backyard, spending sunny days at the beach and swimming.  Life is good!

Lindsay's Story

Lindsay Knazan had always been active both personally and professionally, and started her own yoga studio at a very young age.  She frequently had clients who were recovering from surgery, or had limited mobility because of arthritis and other chronic conditions and diseases, and saw first-hand their struggles.  It was impossible to predict that she would one day be traveling a similar path.
